Apira Science Inc. is so confident that you will be satisfied with the iGrow®, we will guarantee your complete satisfaction of the iGrow® Hair Rejuvenation System for a period of 6 (six) months from the original date of purchase. In order to qualify for this money back guarantee, you must use the iGrow® every second day at the maximum setting for men and women for six consecutive months.

You will be responsible for return shipping charges back to the USA. Returns are subject to a return fee equal to 18% of the retail price and must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt and date stamped before and after photos. If the product is bought at a promotional price the 18% with be charged on the original price of R13000. Only retail orders placed directly through Avinaut International South Africa or through our website are eligible for this money back guarantee. All other orders must be returned to the original South African Sub Distributors.

To process your Money Back Guarantee, follow instructions 1 and 2 in the Warranty Service Section to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Apira Science Inc. products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Apira Science Inc. will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use. Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost. This warranty does not apply to: (i) cosmetic damage, such as scratches, nicks and dents (ii) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, water, flood, fire, or other acts of nature or external causes; (iii) damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not an authorized service provider of Apira Science; or (iv) damage to a product that has been modified or altered. Repairs have a 90 day warranty. If the unit sent in is still under its original warranty, then the new warranty is 90 days or to the end of the original one year warranty, depending upon which is longer.

THE WARRANTIES AND REMEDIES CONTAINED HEREIN ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY ARISING UNDER ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE.

IN NO EVENT SHALL APIRA SCIENCE, INC .BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER RESULTING FROM THE USE, MISUSE, OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT OR FROM DEFECTS IN THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

Apira Science Inc. retains the exclusive right to repair or replace (with a new or newly-overhauled replacement product) the device or software or offer a full refund of the purchase price at its sole discretion. SUCH REMEDY SHALL BE YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY. This warranty supersedes all other versions including product manuals, websites or other published representations.

Call or e-mail Avinaut International to describe the problem and request a return material authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide the unit’s serial number, your return shipping address and a daytime phone number.
